A beefed up version of Cindy on deck for today. This one won’t be done at warp speed, and will be a bit of a gymnastics strength session as well. Choose a load that will allow for unbroken sets of pull ups at least to start, and a push up option that is challenging, and we’ll get to work for 20 minutes.
