WOD Guidance:
Whenever I go hiking I always eat all my snacks either on the car ride to the mountain or within the first 20 or 30 mins. This leaves me with a terrible stomach ache for most of the hike.
This workout is going to give you a tummy ache in the best way possible. Going to hit some heavy front squats and then condition hard.
