WOD Guidance:
This workout is all about picking the right numbers for each movement.
Choose challenging but reachable numbers. Your burpee number should take around :30-:40 at the most,
so you have time to accumulate some T2B every round.
When choosing your T2B number, can you string together 10+ reps? Awesome go for the 60 reps!
Are you more in the 5-6 range? Cool, go for 45 total reps.
Just learning to string some together and can get 2-3 reps? Amazing, choose 30 reps as your mark to reach!
