WOD Guidance:
Grip and Shoulders galore!
Each round starts off with a big set of Double Unders which should take around :60-:90 to complete,
Make sure you are breathing and relaxing your shoulders as much as possible on the jump rope.
The DB snatch weight should be something you can handle for about 15-20 reps at a time minimum,
And finally when you get to the pull-ups, have a plan to hold sets of around 5 reps at a time with whatever pulling
movement you are choosing!
