Double DB Push Press @ 50s/35s
Another simple workout that is sure to please! Row, DB push press, repeat – doesn’t get much simpler than that! The load for the DBs should be something you’re comfortable cycling for moderate to high rep sets, but not so light that you could cruise through all the push presses unbroken.
