WOD Guidance:
“Hang ten” is a surfing term that refers to a specific surfing maneuver. It involves a surfer riding a wave and positioning both feet at the front end of the surfboard.
Today we will try and hang on to the db and toes to bar as the rounds go on. Let’s make sure we choose a weight on the db we can complete rounds unbroken. And, let’s try to complete the toes to bar in 2-3 sets.
