The Devil’s Advocate…good movie…better workout. There’s WAY better Al Pacino movies out there. Trust me.
Day 2 of something long and sweaty! Love it!
Much like the burpee box jump at the beginning of the week use the single arm devils press to pace you out today. Maybe think about setting a goal on the toes to bar…for example doing unbroken sets of 10 or maybe two sets from the beginning.
