QOD: sooooo many questions! Our Athena was very sick as a puppy with meningitis so my most important question would be how does your back feel. Followed by why do you jump the stuffed tiger so much (but do I really want to know??:)

Did the recorded class today. 8:42 rx reps with 50# DB. Broke after 23rd DL and then again after the push press each round. Tabata after, plus some false grip practice.

My forearms were smoked. Maybe I should’ve used a dumbbell but it was fun. I’d love to repeat this again in the gym when I’m actually in shape and using a barbell regularly!
Edit, my time was 11:19…. my time on Wed was 11:22.
I enjoyed this WOD on Friday. … did the recorded class. and Tabata on Friday. These type of workouts always sneak up on me. Hope to make it to a live class this upcoming week. Was rather sore yesterday as I was doing yard work all day but it felt good!!!
