WOD Guidance-
Today’s all about finding that fine line, push the pace on the runs, but not too hard where you can’t come right in and push hard on the burpees. You have plenty of rest between rounds today, so treat each round as if it was your only workout for the day!

Low key day today, and my body doesn’t like when I run… so I warmed up with the Tabata of the day and four other past tabatas (20 min of tabata work) then modified todayS workout just to a bunch of burpees in the amount of time I guessed I would have left after the runs.With rest in between. Lol.
Well deserved rest day today. Did 4 PM mobility and Tue tabata – hip bridge and good mornings.
QOTD – I’m an adult, so naturally a fork. 😇
