256 reps – 20# ball, 40# DB, 24″ box. Sub’d DB DL for snatch.
QOD – Cooking! Though I like to cook, some days I prefer to just have it done for me.
231 reps – 30# WB, 50# DB, 24″ box. Consistent on WB (20 unbroken) and Step-up (12) but 1-2 rep reduction on snatches 2-4 and close to 1st round #5.
QOD: Cleaning
235 reps – row for WB, 40#, 24” stayed consistent and got better towards the end.
Before Class:
– 3×4 Back Squats @ 315# on the :75
– 2×10 Barbell Hip Thrusts @ 405#
– 2×12 Good Mornings @ 135#
– 3×15 Single Leg RDLs (per leg) @ 26#
Single leg stuff is super goat-y for me, so massive win with step ups and RDLs not breaking down. Been really drilling my hip stuff to make sure I’m not in compromised/imbalanced positions.
QOD: fold laundry, 100%
274 @ 14# medball, 35# db for snatch & 24” step up. Consistent 23/15/16 reps first 4 rds, 24/16/18 rd 5. Prob should’ve gone up to 20# & 40#
QOTD: Put away folded laundry for my kids! 😡
