I have been involved in fitness since high school athletics. I gained a better appreciation when CrossFit came into my life as a collegiate athlete. I cannot imagine life without it. I enjoy the challenge, versatility and joy it brings to my life and my training. There is nothing more important to me than community. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and attitude towards living a healthier life with everyone I meet.
