Hey TILT V Crew!
Just like that, it’s been a whole month since the start of this journey, and what a month it’s been! Coach James and I have had such a blast getting to know and coach you all. We want to thank you all for the extremely warm welcome, open minds, and ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! We are pretty psyched at the direction things are headed in.
As you’ve attended classes through the past month, you have probably noticed some changes to the gym… our new fleet of Concept2 Bike Ergs, shorter plyometric boxes, new bands and barbell clips, storage GALORE, the list goes on. We want your experience at TILT to be the best it can be, so we hope you are enjoying the new digs!
Did you notice there aren’t numbers painted on the kettlebells yet? HA! Us too. Trust us. We will be executing that project at some point in the coming weeks!
So… March! What’s coming down the line? We’ll tell ya!
First, an important schedule announcement. Starting the first week in March, we will be CANCELLING the Monday/Wednesday 7:30 PM Class until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
We’d also like to remind you that there is an Endurance Class Sunday mornings from 7:00-8:00 AM that will be led by Coach Casey, Coach James, or Coach Jen!
Next item on the docket– our Spring 800 Gram Nutrition Challenge is kicking off on Monday March 9th and running through Friday April 10th! A reminder that weigh-ins will be held all day on Tuesday March 3rd and Wednesday March 4th– please do your best to weigh in BEFORE you work out, so, try to get to class 10-15 minutes early! After these dates, the InBody scale will be transported to the other gyms for their weigh ins, so get in while you can! It’s not too late to sign up.
