We are psyched to announce our very first TILT V Nutrition Challenge!
Here are all the deets:


TILT 800 Gram Nutrition Challenge

WHEN: Monday March 9th – Friday, April 10th

 

COST: $25
(Includes InBody Scan and a chance to win EPIC prize pack!)

 

INBODY SCALE DATES:
Weight-ins:
Tuesday March 3rd and Wednesday March 4th

Weigh-outs:
Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday April 8

*During all hours of operation– do your best to weigh in BEFORE you workout*

BASELINE WORKOUT:
Monday March 9 (during all classes)


THE WINNER-
Based on body fat percentage/weight loss and performance on our baseline workout!


GUIDELINES-

Eat 800 grams of fruits and/or vegetables a day!
THAT’S IT?!
YUP! You can go as far down the rabbit hole as you’d like to during this challenge.
There are no restrictions on this challenge on what you cannot eat, as long as you get your 800 grams of fruits and vegetables in each day…
BUT we highly encourage eliminating or reducing processed sugar and alcohol during the challenge to optimize your results!
We’re aiming for simple and sustainable, while giving you the opportunity to take it to the next level!

WEIGHING AND MEASURING-
HERE is a link to a food scale that can help you weigh and measure your fruits and veggies throughout this challenge.
You can still be successful on this challenge without a food scale!
For general reference– a “closed fist” size serving (or 1 cup) of fruit/veggies is +/- 100g

END OF THE CHALLENGE CELEBRATION-
We will be celebrating the closing of the nutrition challenge with an INTERNAL TEAM THROWDOWN!
Join us for fitness, friends, food and fun!
We will begin the morning with the fitnessing, and finish up with a potluck style celebration.
