“Keep it Simple” Nutrition Challenge
Starting Monday 5/3-Monday 5/31, we will be focusing on cleaning up the quality of our food with a No Added Sugar Challenge, and 5:00 of Movement/Practice everyday! Simplicity and consistency is the focus for this challenge, pick 1-2 things and stay consistent with it for the month of May!

9 AM Opening Ceremonies, 10 AM First WOD Begins

Sunday Kids’ Fitness Classes

TILT’s Kids‘ Fitness Classes focus on promoting health and fitness in a positive learning environment for children ages 6-9. We incorporate a variety of games, activities, and fitness challenges to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. Our sessions are safe and effective for children of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
