Presenting your Athlete of the Month, Nicole Blank!

Nicole has been a mainstay of the 4:30pm class since the beginning of time, but if you came in at any point in November, you probably noticed her working extra hard! She came in an astounding 25 out of 30 days in November, not only taking class but doing some extra work before or after class to reach further towards her goals! I’d also like to give her a shoutout for DESTROYING her goal of going sub 8:00 on her 2K row the other day!

What’s something that most people at TILT V may not know about you?
I own T-Shirts that don’t say Rogue on them 

Where’s your favorite place in the world?
That’s a though question.  I guess I’d have to say Chicago, it’s such a fun city and I have some great friends there.   

What advice would you give someone who is thinking about trying CrossFit?
Just do it.  I used to think you have to be “in shape” to start CrossFit but that couldn’t have been more wrong.  No matter where your’e starting from CrossFit is for you.

If there was a workout named “Nicole”, what would the workout be or what movements would the workout consist of?
Easy, burpees and wall balls!  I have a sick love of both moments.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would want to buy?
I’d buy the gym and then paint a golden square in the center around Ed’s spot, complete with a name plaque so that no one ever takes his space again.  But if Max isn’t selling then I’d buy a house instead with a huge fenced in yard so I could have a bunch of dogs.
