Middle/High School Conditioning Program

We have discontinued our Middle School/High School program for the time being. All Middle School/High School athletes are allowed to join our adult classes. Please email Brian at brian@crossfittilt.com for more information.

Our Middle School and High School Conditioning Program at CrossFit TILT is designed for student/athletes ages 11 – 17. These classes are appropriate for all skill levels and athletic abilities. Whether your son or daughter is in season, off season, or just looking for a fun environment to train with their friends this class is for them. Each class is led by a minimum of two coaches with multiple years of coaching experience. Class consists of 2 parts, the first being a strength program and the second a conditioning program. Our Middle School and High School students/athletes find that after a few months of attending class regularly they have increased strength, speed, and coordination. Athletes will set monthly goals based around S.M.A.R.T. principles (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time bound). We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity.
