CROSSFIT KIDS (ages 7-10)

Sunday 11:00am-11:45am

The CrossFit Kids’ Fitness program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes between the ages of 7-10 years old. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development through functional movements. We focus on promoting health and fitness in a positive learning environment. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. Our classes are safe and effective for children of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
