Coach
“What gets recognized gets repeated. Recognize others and our own smallest achievements and watch as they grow into a habit.”
At a young age, I started playing sports. You name it I tried it. Soccer and horseback riding were the two sports that remained constant throughout my many moves growing up. In each state we moved, I was able to join a team or find a farm to which I was able to immerse myself into. I continued to play soccer throughout college and at the end of my senior year, I knew I needed something to keep me active. Our assistant coach was very involved in CrossFit, so I decided to give it a try when I moved home. Instantly, I was hooked by the community and the challenge to learn new movements. From returning home, to moving four more times after that, I was able to create a home no matter where I landed because of CrossFit. Here at TILT, you will feel at home. The moment you walk into the gym, you are greeted by name and pushed by the people around you to be your best self. The coaches recognize all achievements and have created a place where all members, new and veteran, can feel confident walking in daily and know that their journey is as important to us as it is to them. As a coach at TILT, my goal is to continue to recognize all achievements, help our members feel confident in their movements, and to bring knowledge and fun into every class!
